East El Paso Veterinarian: From Puppy and Kitten Care to Pet Senior Care for the Life of Your Pet
From puppy and kitten care to pet senior care, East El Paso
Animal Hospital has long been serving area pets during each stage of their lives. The goal of
Dr. Orlando Garza and our professional
veterinary team is to ensure the healthiest, happiest and longest life possible for

not only dogs and cats but horses in the El Paso community.
Our
state-of-the-art veterinary clinic and experienced staff have the
capacity and compassion to treat emergencies just as seamlessly as we
handle routine care. Our office takes emergencies, urgent cases, and
appointments during regular business hours six days a week: 8 a.m. to
5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Wellness Exams Help Maintain Optimum Pet Health, Especially Vital for Puppy and Kitten Care
Our
routine care is aimed at maintaining your pet’s optimum health to help
prevent health issues in the first place. We achieve this goal with
regular
wellness exams, which are especially important for
puppy and
kitten care.
Early spaying, neutering, vaccinations and dental care help start a pet
down the healthiest road possible while continued pet wellness exams help
keep the pet on track.
Wellness exams also allow our
veterinarian to
provide continuous care and recommendations for pets with specific
conditions and assist them through the aging process. Pet wellness care
includes ensuring pets receive proper nutrition, maintain a healthy
weight, and enjoy a beneficial environment in which they can thrive.
If
health issues do arise, our advanced diagnostics can help reveal them
at their earliest stages while our medical and surgical procedures can
help correct them. Our ultra-modern facility features digital basic and
dental x-rays as well as an in-house pharmacy and in-house blood
analysis for the convenience of our clients. In addition to a number of
traditional surgical procedures, we also offer pet laser surgery using
one of the more advanced techniques available in veterinary science. Pet
laser surgery involves the use of a laser rather than a scalpel, which
results in reduced damage to t

he affected area and decreased inflammation and pain following the procedure.
Pet boarding and
pet grooming are
also part of our full scope of veterinary services with ample
facilities for each pet in our veterinary clinic. Our pet boarding
facilities feature comfortable and secure housing that is monitored by
our staff. Our pet grooming services include bathing, brushing, nail
clipping, and other grooming procedures to keep the skin and coat clean
and healthy.
East El Paso Animal Hospital opened in 1986,
which means we have already met and successfully cared for many pets in
the El Paso community and the surrounding areas of Van Horn, Fort
Hancock, Del City, Sierra Blanca, Clint and Fabens. We are also proud to
serve our hard working military community from Ft. Bliss. We are always
happy to welcome new pets into the fold of our veterinarian's extended
family to provide the services and compassion every pet not only needs
but full deserves.
